It is translated in this verse as forgavest or forgives. It simply means “to bear, carry, lift up, forgive, to be forgiven, honored. It is from H4984, mitnasse, to be ‘lifted up, exalted’. God H410, El, God, the mighty One, as a title of majesty and power. Used with compound proper names. This is from ‘lohim’, God (plural in form but singular in meaning with a focus on great power). El is also from ‘loah’, God. Inventions: wantoness, deed, doing, practices, evil deeds; This word is from ‘alal /aw lal/’, a primitive root, translating ‘glean’ ‘done’, to act severely, make a fool of someone, thrust forth in wickedness, to act or play the child.
