Deuteronomy 19:10 That innocent blood be not shed in thy land, which the LORD thy God giveth thee for an inheritance, and so blood be upon thee.
2 Kings 24:4 And also for the innocent blood that he shed: for he filled Jerusalem with innocent blood; which the LORD would not pardon.
Psalms 106:38 And shed innocent blood, even the blood of their sons and of their daughters, whom they sacrificed unto the idols of Canaan: and the land was polluted with blood.
The Lord said unto me, ‘the death of innocence’
Can you find it?
In the beginning,
When you were young,
Yea, innocence was there,
Where is it?
Can you tell me?
Is it on the plains?
Is it in the city?
Wait, is it in the churches?
Wisdom cries in the streets.
The Lord asks, “Why have you done this?”
For innocence has been purchased.
It has been sold off like a useless thing.
In its place, you have bought misery.
Yes, misery cometh out of hiding.
It is visiting you.
You have killed the innocent ones.
Their blood cries in the dark paths were you buried them.
You have plotted evil and worked darkness.
You walk in the lusts of Sodom
You plague yourselves with evil doings.

Your thoughts work evil all the day.
In the night your dreams bring forth delusion.
You do evil and love it so.
Yet for all this, you cannot see.
Your own lusts and desires blind you.
I have witnessed your doings.
I have seen your murders of my young ones.
Innocents…
Young, before me, yet brought to destruction.
Blood is flowing…
The blood cries out…
The crowd heaves…
From the depths, the secrets are released…
Their blood will I require of you.
Who has destroyed these young ones?
For the innocence is gone from before me?
You have taken it away!
You have brought them to nothing.
As a toy, a thing you are done with.
I would not have had it so.
I would of you have sought me.
For this is wisdom.
Fear of the Lord, yea it would have saved you.
But you refused.
You turned from me.
As a hog in the mire…
As a vulture to the remains…
As a worker of mischief is to trouble…
So are your ways before me.
So, I counsel, listen ye, who will do so!
Repent, seek my face.
That you may live…
That your sins may be covered.
Recover yourself from this madness.
Turn to me, saith the Lord God.
If not,
Then the death of innocence,
The reward for your rebellion,
Will be upon your own head…
And the blood, I will require from you!
Saith the Lord God
