Christian as with Israel, Be Sure Your Sins will find you out!
Israel finds herself today being told by Moses that the Midianites will be destroyed. Israel was to war against the Midianites for these were the ones who plotted to bring curse and destruction upon Israel. Israel fell in the ‘sins of Balaam’ who had conceived a plot with Midian to see Israel fall away from blessing with their God. Which they did in the idolatry with the women of Midian.

Israel Refuses Warning of the Prophet

Jer 2:1 Moreover the word of the LORD came to me, saying,
Jer 2:2 Go and cry in the ears of Jerusalem, saying, Thus saith the LORD; I remember thee, the kindness of thy youth, the love of thine espousals, when thou wentest after me in the wilderness, in a land that was not sown.
Jer 2:3 Israel was holiness unto the LORD, and the firstfruits of his increase: all that devour him shall offend; evil shall come upon them, saith the LORD.

Now having recovered from this sin, Israel is now instructed to go against Midian. They did so and destroyed the entire land, people, and all parts of Midian. Israel took captive animals, women, and children. After the war, Israel brought before Moses all the company taken captive. Moses was mad and asked why they have left the woman alive, for these were the very women who sinned in the Balaam plot to see Israel commit whoredoms before the Lord. As a result all the woman who knew men were slain and only the woman children who had not known men were kept alive. This record illustrates a people, Israel who had learned Obedience and saw the Lord working in their lives to bring them into the land.

However, Israel in the latter portion of this study today finds herself in trouble. Disobedience, rebellion, whoredoms, and all manner of evils plagued Judah. Israel by this time had split into two kingdoms after Solomons reign due to his sin of falling away from the Lord his God. Now Judah whom Jeremiah of a Priestly line was sent would receive final warnings until the destruction of Judah. Jeremiah was to warn this disobedient Israel who had fallen into wayward sins. Yet Israel here in all her rebellion still had priests, the temple, and Jerusalem. In all this, Israel would not listen and even come against Jeremiah and his message. Today we see the lesson, “Christian as with Israel, Be sure your sins will find you out!”

Israel Obedient and following the Lord

Israel rises in the name of the Lord to fight Midian and slaying Balaam

Num 31:6 And Moses sent them to the war, a thousand of every tribe, them and Phinehas the son of Eleazar the priest, to the war, with the holy instruments, and the trumpets to blow in his hand.
Num 31:7 And they warred against the Midianites, as the LORD commanded Moses; and they slew all the males.
Num 31:8 And they slew the kings of Midian, beside the rest of them that were slain; namely, Evi, and Rekem, and Zur, and Hur, and Reba, five kings of Midian: Balaam also the son of Beor they slew with the sword.
Num 31:9 And the children of Israel took all the women of Midian captives, and their little ones, and took the spoil of all their cattle, and all their flocks, and all their goods.
Num 31:10 And they burnt all their cities wherein they dwelt, and all their goodly castles, with fire.
Num 31:11 And they took all the spoil, and all the prey, both of men and of beasts.

Num 32:13 And the LORD’S anger was kindled against Israel, and he made them wander in the wilderness forty years, until all the generation, that had done evil in the sight of the LORD, was consumed.
Num 32:14 And, behold, ye are risen up in your fathers’ stead, an increase of sinful men, to augment yet the fierce anger of the LORD toward Israel.
Num 32:15 For if ye turn away from after him, he will yet again leave them in the wilderness; and ye shall destroy all this people.
Num 32:16 And they came near unto him, and said, We will build sheepfolds here for our cattle, and cities for our little ones:
Num 32:17 But we ourselves will go ready armed before the children of Israel, until we have brought them unto their place: and our little ones shall dwell in the fenced cities because of the inhabitants of the land.
Num 32:18 We will not return unto our houses, until the children of Israel have inherited every man his inheritance.
Num 32:19 For we will not inherit with them on yonder side Jordan, or forward; because our inheritance is fallen to us on this side Jordan eastward.
Num 32:20 And Moses said unto them, If ye will do this thing, if ye will go armed before the LORD to war,
Num 32:21 And will go all of you armed over Jordan before the LORD, until he hath driven out his enemies from before him,
Num 32:22 And the land be subdued before the LORD: then afterward ye shall return, and be guiltless before the LORD, and before Israel; and this land shall be your possession before the LORD.
Num 32:23 But if ye will not do so, behold, ye have sinned against the LORD: and be sure your sin will find you out.

Visitation and the Christian knowing the time of the Lords judgment. The Christian today in America and the world must be aware of the endtime prophecy and coming of Jesus Christ. For the Christian in America today the task is really believing that the nation faces judgment. Again the Christian today caught up in the large church that don’t deal with such endtime prophecy have a hard time understanding what they are not taught. I know personally of denominations filled such doctrine that leave the normal Christian out in the cold. Many a Christian does not know the time of his Lords Visitation.

Furthermore the Christian today has indeed a tough time with judgment on the nation they have considered immune to such judgment. To place America as a Christian in the same pot with Israel, Sodom and Gomorrah, Nineveh, Babylon, and even Rome in the list of nations that received Judgment or fell is almost impossible. The denial factor for that Christian is evident even as scripture blasts out truth to tell him or her that judgment us upon them. Many times the Christian has not a clue

Christian Prophecy Scripture:

Jer_35:15 I have sent also unto you all my servants the prophets, rising up early and sending them, saying, Return ye now every man from his evil way, and amend your doings, and go not after other gods to serve them, and ye shall dwell in the land which I have given to you and to your fathers: but ye have not inclined your ear, nor hearkened unto me.
Jer_44:4 Howbeit I sent unto you all my servants the prophets, rising early and sending them, saying, Oh, do not this abominable thing that I hate.

For the Christian there are two kinds of visitation of which we speak. For the Christian one such visitation is knowing when the Lord visits, calls, and beacons you to come to him. This for the Christian is important if you backslide or turn away. For the Christian this becomes a time that the Lord visits and calls you back to true repentance. Also in this visitation is the fact of the Lord sending warning to a nation, his people, and the church. Christians today must know, judgment will begin in the house of God according to Peter. The Christian and society has the choice to refuse or accept the invitation and that choice will have impact on the actual Day of Visitation which is judgment.

Babylon is a topic Isaiah covered, so did Jeremiah. Babylon was mentioned in other prophet writings. Babylon was mentioned by the apostles. Babylon was covered in detail under Mystery Babylon in Revelation. Much speculation is about Babylon. We are not directing our attention to all those. This is about a direct message to flee Babylon. It talks about the why, when, details, and the throne of Iniquity. We Also covered a portion of When God Calls Home His Ambassadors

Babylon Flee out of it . Isaiah says it, then Jeremiah says it repeatedly to “Flee out of the midst of Babylon. Deliver every man his soul: be not cut off in her iniquity. This is a command! Jeremiah says it in several different ways, but the message is clear and the same. Flee Babylon !

Babylon -we would have healed Babylon. She is not healed, forsake her and let us go every one to his own country. This is {important here everyone to his own nation again, they will desert her}. Mexicans to Mexico, Peruvian to Peru, the Jew to Israel, Ephraim to Israel ect.

Visitation is our focus this week on Warn. Visitation with the lesson here is to repent, period, and seek the Lord! Don’t play games with Judgment that comes! Israel herself did not realize the day of her Visitation. It is that time when a people need to heed the warning that the Lord God gives through his holy Prophets. In Isaiah chapter forty we find that the Visitation had ended, it reads: “warfare of Jerusalem had finally ended, her iniquity pardoned, for she received of the LORD’S had double for all her sins [verse 2].” If we look to the words of Jeremiah chapter twenty one regarding Visitation by the Lord in judgment we find the beginning it reads when the enemy comes to fight against Jerusalem to defeat and overturn the city, the Lord says this “Behold, I will turn back the weapons of war that are in your hands, wherewith ye fight against the king of Babylon, and against the Chaldeans, which besiege you without the walls, and I will assemble them into the midst of this city. And I myself will fight against you with an outstretched hand and with a strong arm, even in anger, and in fury, and in great wrath. And I will smite the inhabitants of this city, both man and beast: they shall die of a great pestilence.” [verses 4-6]. Thus in this Visitation rendered double for her sins, the Visitation started, Visitation included dire events, even death, and Visitation finally ended with Mercy and a call to come to the LORD

Thus Visitation that not one person in Judah at the time would of wanted. They had a temple in the name of the LORD, but were met with Visitation. They had Head Priests, yet they found Visitation. They had Prophets, yet they incurred God’s wrath in this Visitation. They had a King, yet they received judgment in this Visitation. The Visitation was felt by rich man, poor man, male, female, child, baby, and senior citizen alike. Nothing, not one thing could or would escape this Visitation. In this Visitation Jeremiah was caught up in it, but he and his scribe Baruch would be safe. Ezekiel was caught up in this Visitation. Daniel and the three Hebrew children were caught in this Visitation. To this day, Israel has still felt the results of this Visitation. Thus this Visitation is described also by the phrase: “Fear, Pit, and the Snare”.

Luk_19:44 And shall lay thee even with the ground, and thy children within thee; and they shall not leave in thee one stone upon another; because thou knewest not the time of thy Visitation.
1Pe_2:12 Having your conversation honest among the Gentiles: that, whereas they speak against you as evildoers, they may by your good works, which they shall behold, glorify God in the day of Visitation.

In view of this historical evidence of Gods Visitation why are you so unwilling to believe such a thing is going to happen. Why would you willingly be stubborn in your thinking and religiosity that God would not bring such a Visitation upon America and the church caught up in it as well? If you ignore the warnings of this Visitation you are ignoring the warnings of the LORD God to his people.

“Out of the dark, amidst the silence the voice was heard, “The eagle has landed”, thus symbolizing the pentacle of success for any people. It has become a memorial and a warning to the generation who for any costs has lost their souls to gain the world. It is to this people, even America, the Eagle who; must give quarter to this God that scatters and ‘walks amidst the whirlwind’. The Day of the LORD approaches and the nations are gathering for this.”

In the calm atmosphere of the moon, on the ‘Sea of Tranquility’, the eagle landed and stirred not only the dust that had settled but also the hearts and minds of people for generations. For the Apollo 11, it had been several days since leaving earth. But astronauts Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin, had made it with 30 seconds of fuel remaining, while Collins orbited in the command module Columbia. Breathing again regularly, the astronauts starting turning to normal color as they realized they were the first humans on the moon. This is recorded in an article on the Nasa.gov site where it is recorded for posterity that the ‘Eagle has landed.’

When the lunar module lands at 4:18 p.m EDT, only 30 seconds of fuel remain. Armstrong radios “Houston, Tranquility Base here. The Eagle has landed.” Mission control erupts in celebration as the tension breaks, and a controller tells the crew “You got a bunch of guys about to turn blue, we’re breathing again-[http://www.nasa.gov/mission_pages/apollo/apollo11_40th.html]

America had done it and so had President Kennedy who had made the challenge to put a man on the moon in 1961. When the Eagle landed, it became the pentacle of a nations success. No other nation had done this feat! America, rich, powerful, smart, knowledge of the sciences, ability to create, with people willing to be the pioneers. Daring people willing to take a step. Now as we look at this, the very phrase “The Eagle has landed”, is now a memorial and also a warning. All nations, including the very one that had done what no other nation had done, will face the Sovereign God who created all things!

Moreover we could speak of the greatest nations on earth, of these would we consider Great Britain, Germany, France, Italy, Iran, China, and Russia to be in this category? In historical perspective who would the greatest of kingdoms had been: the Roman Empire, the Kingdom of Alexander the great, Babylon, Solomon’s Kingdom, Egypt, or some other? One thing about all these kingdoms, they all have been influential in their time, at some time, on earth! Kingdoms rise and fall, and in so doing illustrate the point that only one ‘Kingdom’ will outlast all of them. That is the “Kingdom of our LORD”, which is the final one to be established on earth.
Daniel 7: 13 I saw in the night visions, and, behold, one like the Son of man came with the clouds of heaven, and came to the Ancient of days, and they brought him near before him. 14 And there was given him dominion, and glory, and a kingdom, that all people, nations, and languages, should serve him: his dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom that which shall not be destroyed.

The trouble with kingdoms are the people who through limited vision, pride, and lack of understanding do not see that there is One God, who is LORD over all. They don’t see the need to repent nor seek His Face. Also these people don’t recognize this fact, i.e., ‘those who do seek him, repent, and believe in the person and redemptive work on the cross of the Father’s only begotten Son; Jesus Christ [Yeshua Ha Massiach] will themselves be redeemed from the curse of sin and death’. The believe they can make any rule, do as they please, and God is none the wiser for it. In fact, Psalm 2 tells us this:

Psalms 2:1 ¶Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing?
2 The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD, and against his anointed, saying,
3 Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us.

It is this in the kingdoms of men the LORD of Hosts reigns. Hitler arose, conquered and was defeated. Alexander the great conquered, and even he died. Ghengis Khan conquered was feared and he died. The Roman Empire ruled the entire world it seemed at the time of Christ’s birth. During the decades to follow the church flourished, was persecuted, and eventually stood on its own. The Kingdom of the Romans perished, but the Kingdom of faith in our LORD Jesus Christ, his ‘called out ones’, continued. In all of this the wicked and righteous will one day stand before the LORD God. All nations, kingdoms, and peoples will be subject to the Power of the ONE Christ to come. The anointed Messiah, crowned “LORD of LORDS and KING of KINGS” will put all enemies under his feet. What this says is, there is a time coming when all pride, wickedness, hatred, variance, strife, ungodliness, sensuality, fornication, debauchery, and all the rest will finally and completely come to an end.

Revelation 11:15 And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever

This is where many nations and peoples today simply ignore, refuse to believe, or acknowledge the ‘time of the end’ is upon this generation. This is where America is now. The eagle that landed, with its flag, constitution, abundance, and is known as the ‘greatest nation on earth’ by many refuses to believe the truth of this time of prophecy. The only nation, besides Israel, that was gathered upon the scripture, torah, in fact; to put together its own ‘constitution’ and freedoms for those people living under her wings. One that embraced democracy, constitutionally a republic, governed by the people, for the people, and of the people. That is, until today. Of course, this has been going on for many years. America left her traditional moorings shortly after she was founded. But this article is not about proving to you that mute point, which does not matter. The truth is, America which is known by certain key words such as: eagle, flag, freedom, riches, constitution, democracy, abundance, greatest nation on earth, super power, mighty armies, openness, Christian, and others, does not known how short her time is.

Jeremiah 25:31 A noise shall come even to the ends of the earth; for the LORD hath a controversy with the nations, he will plead with all flesh; he will give them that are wicked to the sword, saith the LORD.

Add to that list many other key word variables such as: godlessness, perversion, harlot, Babylon, harlotry, crime, bloodshed, violence, religious freedoms, Muslim, Christian, pagan, witchcraft, knowledge, sciences, statue of liberty, idols, riches, and Laodacian. In this last batch of keywords, you can say this sums up the current situation in this nation. We do not believe, at least many, that this nation is in dire trouble. It is not financial, political, or our enemies that threaten us. It is the fact that we have left the moorings of the faith of Jesus Christ, and our LORD God Almighty. Now many would debate the fact that this was ever a true Christian nation, but you cannot debate the height to which it has arisen. The pentacle of the peak of abundance and wealth has been found in her. She is and has been the wealthiest, most favored nation on earth, at least from the viewpoint of many who live in her. There is no doubting the fact that she is abundantly wealthy, powerful, and all the nations look to her. She is mighty, successful, and of late, is in trouble. As we look at America, let us also look at another Gentile nation.

Nahum 3:4 Because of the multitude of the whoredoms of the wellfavoured harlot, the mistress of witchcrafts, that selleth nations through her whoredoms, and families through her witchcrafts.

Nahum 3:5 Behold, I am against thee, saith the LORD of hosts; and I will discover thy skirts upon thy face, and I will shew the nations thy nakedness, and the kingdoms thy shame

Nineveh was a pool of nations in her time. She can be compared alongside America in her day in the realm of power and riches. Nineveh was a warrior nation, one who conquered many and saw herself as a ‘lion’, which was her emblem. She said of herself, “she was a ‘lion, the king of beasts’ to which Assyrian rulers referred to themselves as. In the end though, Assyria the harlot, sorcerer, the one whom nations feared and trembled before was brought down. She was an enemy of Judah and also of God himself who pointedly took to destroy her. There are many similarities between Nineveh and America, but we are pointing out the one fact that stands out. When the LORD judges a nation and brings it down, it is complete! The LORD God drained the pond of Nineveh, and brought destruction upon her. All her resources, power, might, wealth, armies, people, and even her own Gods, were destroyed. Nineveh put up the watchman, she fortified the walls, she stocked up the goods, and armed her defenders. She did everything to keep herself mighty, powerful, rich, and the nation of nations of her day. But in the end a coalition of the Medes, Babylonians, and Scythians attacked Nineveh and scattered her, taking all she had. Nineveh was conquered, plundered, and destroyed in 612 B.C. Nineveh was the capitol of the Assyrians and this whole kingdom would no more be dominate among the nations. Now while America may not be considered a tyrant by many, or one who sought to conquer people; the whoredom, sins, and rebellion against God is. In short, the nations of earth, both past and present all must give quarter to this God who judges. He is the final righteous judge who sovereignly rules over the ‘kingdoms on Earth’. He is the judge of the peoples and the governor of the nations.

Psalms 22:27 All the ends of the world shall remember and turn unto the LORD: and all the kindreds of the nations shall worship before thee.
28 For the kingdom is the LORD’S: and he is the governor among the nations.

He is in fact, the Judge of the One whom cried out “The Eagle has landed.” It signaled the pentacle of success and accomplishments for any people. But to what advantage is it for a people to have gained the whole world and lost its own soul?

Matthew 16:26 For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?
27 For the Son of man shall come in the glory of his Father with his angels; and then he shall reward every man according to his works.

Is 21:6

Zephaniah 2:3 Seek ye the LORD, all ye meek of the earth, which have wrought his judgment; seek righteousness, seek meekness: it may be ye shall be hid in the day of the LORD’S anger.

Violence takes the earth by storm.
The peaceful people shall be led,
Yea, as lambs to the slaughter.
Strong dominion shall weaken for the One who is to come.
He shall arise and seduce many.
By his arm shall more be afflicted and die,
Yet for the peaceful people with superior force upon them,
they shall not be utterly destroyed, for their God is with them.
Many of these shall be strong and do exploits in the name,
Yea, surely, in the name of their God.
For these be the times of Great persecution.

Come near saith my God to his people
and I shall be a shelter, a safe haven,
and a rest for You…
In me shall ye have peace amidst trouble,
for by faith shall ye prevail.

Run and hide, find shelter if ye can, for trouble,
Yea great trouble is upon the earth.
Violence troubles the course of the earth,
She is broke down by reason of turmoil.
Give way, saith she,
Give way, for I cannot bear it.
The bounds are loosed, she is undone.
Who can save us from this error,
For they doth cry out,
The wise men have no answer.
The rise of the tides of nations
are at war and covers the land.
It is now the God whom they sought,
Yea he shall arise, a dark cloud,
Moving over the nations shall he sweep.

Obadiah 1:15 For the day of the LORD is near upon all the heathen: as thou hast done, it shall be done unto thee: thy reward shall return upon thine own head.

Come near saith my God to his people
and I shall be a shelter, a safe haven,
and a rest for You…
In me shall ye have peace amidst trouble,
for by faith shall ye prevail.

How will ye escape oh foolish ones?
For this is your reward!
You have refused the True and Living God.
It is time my people, Go near! Go near!
There is a place I have for thee,
Hide till my indignation is over,
For Chaos’ is undone and peace is destroyed,
Ignorance and rebellion follow suit.
Where is Hope?
It is gone!
For the King is a foolish One,
The wise men are struck dumb,
while the light of the Sword bearer comes,
Yea, from the east,
then the end shall come!

Morality is broke down,
Civility where has it gone!,
Society is removed,
Freedoms are dissolved,
Chaos is Lord this day,
Gold and Silver are as debris,
Safety is clean removed,
My idols have not saved me,
Yet, hide me from him that sits,
Surely he comes, the one that sits,
Yea, upon Heavens throne,
He comes and His wrath is unbearable,
For I have refused his call,
Pride has separated me from this God,
Who shall bear his fire?
Who shall be delivered?
For we will all perish!

It is time wise men,
It is time ye poor of the earth,
It is near, so seek ye the LORD Thy God,
and His Son, Jesus Christ,
Yeshua Ha Massiach,
Yea, repent and seek ye him!
For in the time of his fervent judgments,
Shall ye be hidden,
For he saveth those who repent and come to him!

Acts 2:39 For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call.

The LORD,
The LORD God, full of Mercy and Grace,
His Goodness endures to all generations,
He abides in Truth and provides plenty,
Yea, receive Mercy and Grace today!

Exodus 34:6 And the LORD passed by before him, and proclaimed, The LORD, The LORD God, merciful and gracious, longsuffering, and abundant in goodness and truth,
7 Keeping mercy for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin, and that will by no means clear the guilty; visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children, and upon the children’s children, unto the third and to the fourth generation.
