Testimony on Battle lines this week. This week we have followed the theme of Torah and Testimony. In this we can bring the ‘commandments of God’ and the ‘Testimony of Jesus’. Tonight in the midst of prophecy news and what is occurring in America we discuss the Testimony of Jesus. That is you and I with our Testimony in the midst of the evil generation of the end times.

As we follow Torah and Testimony we find ourselves in Revelation where we are told that overcoming is by the “blood of the lamb”, by the “word of our testimony”, and that we love not our lives to death. The enemy makes war against those who keep the commandments [Torah] of God and have the testimony of Jesus. Our Testimony is important here for it is part of a three item list that the Spirit says is important to those of the end days. This list is “overcoming by the blood of the Lamb”, “overcoming by the word of our Testimony”, and “overcoming by loving not our lives unto death.” Note here the pass tense in Rev: 11 “overcame”, I used “overcoming”, but the Scripture see’s us as already having “overcame”. Connected to our Testimony here is the obvious the “salvation” we have through the “blood of the covenant”. In addition our Testimony must be one that will carry us through Testifying of our Lord even unto “death”. I call this the “anointing of martyrship.” It is the empowerment and anointing of God for his people who face “death”. This Testimony is also connected to the “commandments of God.”

Testimony Scripture:

Rev_12:11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their Testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.
Rev_12:17 And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the Testimony of Jesus Christ.
The Testimony you have along with your faith are paramount to your walk with our Lord. In addition, being obedient to the word of God is an important aspect of this Testimony and life for our Lord in these last days

Nations of men Glory in their accomplishments. In all this Glory, the true Glory of the Only True God and Father is lost. Such is the Glory which the Son of God, Jesus Christ came to reveal. It is also the Glory of the Truth of the Fathers love through the Son to us. In this we read in John chapter one and verse fourteen where it says fo those who saw the revealed Son of God “And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his Glory, the Glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.”

Tonight we touch on this important subject of Glory. The Glory we speak of tonight is as in “Jockeyed” or Glory as in “Ichabod”. Thus Glory, the End of Days, and prophecy comes to the forefront tonight as we look at the Time of the night and ask the question which pertains to “Jochebed” and Glory. We also declare those things pertaining to “Ichabod” and Glory

The Light of Glory

Psalms 50:3 Â Our God shall come, and shall not keep silence: a fire shall devour before him, and it shall be very tempestuous round about him.

Hope lieth in Eternityâ€¦
Where the Lord does dwell,
It is in Him, The Eternal One.
Holiness is His Name.
Righteousness is His right arm.
Justice ruleth from his throne.
He lays the foundation of the heavens.
He creates and makes new.

Behold the Lord will uphold,
Yea, he will uphold those who seek Him.
Yea, the Lord hears the cries of the lowly,
He hears the cares of the oppressed.
The Lord loveth and cares for them.
Look to the righteous one,
The Eternal God and Father.
Mercy and Grace is His.
He giveth these to those who seek Him.
His name, yea, call upon His name,
For such who do will find Him.

Seek righteousness,
Seek truth,
For the Lord loveth these.
In the midst of the the land, an upheaval will occur.
In the world turmoil shall arise.
The Lord shaketh the strongholds of the mighty.

Warning and Plea to the People

Familiarity breeds contempt,
This nation has contempt for my Word.
I will judge, saith the Lord,
I will judge this nation.
They have received good at my hand.
Behold I lifted this nation up from a small one.
These have said â€œBy my hand have I done thisâ€
As with one voice the proud of the land refusing to acknowledge,
Yea, refusing to acknowledge the Lord God who createth thee.

Behold I will surely judge thee,
I will bring thee down oh proud one.
For you have contempt for my Word,
I will visit you, in the night watch,
The terror shall find you.

I will appoint evil and not good,
Cursing and not blessing for your rebellion.
Should I not do so?
Have you not forgotten thy maker?
Thy wickedness cannot be healed,

Prophecy Israel and America blessing cursing

Prophecy today collides with warnings of the Apostle Paul who staunchly warned the Gentiles in many places not to sow to the flesh. He warns us it is “fearful to fall into the hands of the Living God”. He says “knowing the “terror of the Lord, we persuade men.” He says in Romans 11 to the Gentiles “not to be high-minded regarding being grafted in” while the “natural branches were taken away”. In all these things the Example of Israel is a lesson and a warning to us today!

Deu 28:46-47 KJV
(46) And they shall be upon thee for a sign and for a wonder, and upon thy seed forever.
(47) Because thou servedst not the LORD thy God with joyfulness, and with gladness of heart, for the abundance of all things;

Prophecy, the end of days is here my friends. Prophecy fulfillment is being seen and the upcoming times will be ones of great upheaval. Prophecy in all this also reveals warnings. Today, we heed the Prophecy and the Deut 28 warnings. It is easy with Prophecy and the Word of God to be so wrapped up in a day to day excursion of these things, the real truth eludes us.

For the Church this Prophecy and related teachings means something different than to others. Prophecy and the blessings and the cursing’s for those in America are just a part of the teachings relating to Israel. It was her disobedience that brought this on. So in view of these warnings, they in fact become fulfilled Prophecy. For Americans and the churches today it is seen as irrelevant Prophecy that does not mean anything. Yet for those who look close, the warnings and Prophecy ring true to any nation who is disobedient.

KENNETH HAGIN’s FORGOTTEN WARNING

Before he died in 2003, the revered father of the Word-Faith
movement corrected his spiritual sons for going to extremes with
their message of prosperity.

Charismatic Bible teacher Kenneth Hagin Sr. is considered the
father of the so-called prosperity gospel. The folksy, self-trained
“Dad Hagin” started a grass-roots movement in Oklahoma that
produced a Bible college and a crop of famous preachers
including Kenneth Copeland, Jerry Savelle, Charles Capps, Jesse
DuPlantis, Creflo Dollar and dozens of othersâ€”all of whom teach
that Christians who give generously should expect financial
rewards on this side of heaven.

Hagin taught that God was not glorified by poverty and that
preachers do not have to be poor. But before he died in 2003 and
left his Rhema Bible Training Center in the hands of his son,
Kenneth Hagin Jr., he summoned many of his colleagues to Tulsa
to rebuke them for distorting his message. He was not happy that
some of his followers were manipulating the Bible to support what
he viewed as greed and selfish indulgence. Those who were close
to Hagin Sr. say he was passionate about correcting these abuses
before he died. In fact, he wrote a brutally honest book to address
his concerns. The Midas Touch was published in 2000, a year
after the infamous Tulsa meeting.

Many Word-Faith ministers ignored the book. But in light of the
recent controversy over prosperity doctrines, it might be a good
idea to dust it off and read it again.

Here are a few of the points Hagin made in The Midas Touch:

1. Financial prosperity is not a sign of God’s blessing. Hagin wrote:
“If wealth alone were a sign of spirituality, then drug traffickers and
crime bosses would be spiritual giants. Material wealth can be
connected to the blessings of God or it can be totally disconnected
from the blessings of God.”

2. People should never give in order to get. Hagin was critical of
those who “try to make the offering plate some kind of heavenly
vending machine.” He denounced those who link giving to getting,
especially those who give cars to get new cars or who give suits
to get new suits. He wrote: “There is no spiritual formula to sow a
Ford and reap a Mercedes.”

3. It is not biblical to “name your seed” in an offering. Hagin was
horrified by this practice, which was popularized in faith
conferences during the 1980s. Faith preachers sometimes tell
donors that when they give in an offering they should claim a
specific benefit to get a blessing in return. Hagin rejected this idea
and said that focusing on what you are going to receive “corrupts
the very attitude of our giving nature.”

4. The “hundredfold return” is not a biblical concept. Hagin did the
math and figured out that if this bizarre notion were true, “we would
have Christians walking around with not billions or trillions of
dollars, but quadrillions of dollars!” He rejected the popular teaching
that a believer should claim a specific monetary payback rate.

5. Preachers who claim to have a “debt-breaking” anointing should
not be trusted. Hagin was perplexed by ministers who promise
“supernatural debt cancellation” to those who give in certain
offerings. He wrote in The Midas Touch: “There is not one bit of
Scripture I know about that validates such a practice. I’m afraid it
is simply a scheme to raise money for the preacher, and
ultimately it can turn out to be dangerous and destructive for all
involved.”

(Many evangelists who appear on Christian television today use
this bogus claim. Usually they insist that the miraculous debt
cancellation will occur only if a person “gives right now,” as if the
anointing for this miracle suddenly evaporates after the prime time
viewing hour. This manipulative claim is more akin to witchcraft
than Christian belief.)

Hagin condemned other hairbrained gimmicks designed to trick
audiences into emptying their wallets. He was especially incensed
when a preacher told his radio listeners that he would take their
prayer requests to Jesus’ empty tomb in Jerusalem and pray over
them thereâ€”if donors included a special love gift. “What that radio
preacher really wanted was more people to send in offerings,”
Hagin wrote.

Thanks to the recent resurgence in bizarre donation schemes
promoted by American charismatics, the prosperity gospel is back
under the nation’s microscope. It’s time to revisit Hagin’s concerns
and find a biblical balance.

Hagin told his followers: “Overemphasizing or adding to what the
Bible actually teaches invariably does more harm than good.” If the
man who pioneered the modern concept of biblical prosperity blew
the whistle on his own movement, wouldn’t it make sense for us to
listen to his admonition?
