With Russia at odds over the Bush administrations proposal for a “missile defense system in Europe” the rhetoric does not go away. A recent report by George Lewis and Theodore Postol suggests:

The goal of such a system according to the article is “to provide a defense of Europe against a limited intermediate and long-range ballistic missile attack from the Middle East and provide additional capability to the current missile defense system located in Alaska and California to defend the United States.â€
Further the system would be deployed as follows:
A large X-band radar called the European midcourse radar (EMR) would be deployed in the Czech Republic; a forward-based X-band (FBX) radar would be deployed at an unspecified location near Iran, possibly in eastern Turkey or Georgia; and a launch site with 10 ground-based interceptors would be located in Poland. Continued deployment of such a system can bring definate political troubles for Moscow and for the United States. As such the winds of war could be ramped up even more as the current and future administrations devote themselves to putting in systems that bring the ‘cold war’ and the ‘cuban missle crisis’ to another meeting. It is this that would certainly bring to America a negative reaction if the Russians wanted to deploy missles in Canada, Mexico, or Cuba.

"The World Continues to Learn to Make War"

Both the prophets, Isaiah and Micah speak of nations ‘learning war.’ Since the advent of the major World Wars, America has been sending its youth into battle. We have developed weapons of mass destruction. We have invaded other nations. Now as we approach a new election for President, we are still at war. The Bush doctrine has pushed us to this new level of war mongering. It is here that the war has lasted longer than World War II. It is here that on the advent of 9-11 and the Iraq war we must come to grip with who we are. We are a nation that has ‘learned to make war.’
Russia Continues its build up, but against Whom? Putin has said repeatedly that they have to balance out America's role in the world dominance of affairs!
As I write this, I look outside and notice that the sky is grey. The overcast skies hide the sun while sprinkling moisture upon the land. Yet the fall approaches, the season is underway. In the park not far from here, on the grounds of a major Western Fort in the 1800’s, the Vietnam "Wall of Remembrance" has been set up. The Fort itself has a museum and older buildings making up the Fort during its use.
Last night at the Wall, people gathered around for a 9-11 memorial to all those who were killed on the attacks of the day. I remember 9-11 well, for I was in my office and the day as usual started early. As I did some work online, I noticed the news blasted forth, "One of the World trade Center Towers" had been struck by a plane. At first no one really knew what had happened. They shortly afterward another plane hit the other tower. The rest, you know all too well. In the course of one short day, both towers plus an adjacent building fell as well. Within a few hours of the first strike the word came down that the US was under attack. Many of us did not know from whom or by whom. In the analysis of the events much was given later on to the fact of the terrorist’s ability to get on planes, take box cutters, and then take over the airline. The fact these people had produced so much fear on the passengers and crew, with no one doing anything to stop such a hijacking is hard to understand. That is, until you understand the mindset and conditioning of most Americans at that time. Americans had become so complacent it seemed that they would just sit by and allow such men to threaten them with knives to make them stay quiet. It is hard to imagine people willing to do that. But in fact, as Americans, we are conditioned when it comes to obeying the laws of the land. At least most of us are. We have been conditioned, taught, and even go out of our way to accept and follow orders and laws. Even in certain situations, we will sit obediently, quietly, and not think for a moment of possible dangers to being still and following orders. That is until 9-11 changed all that.
In the course of a day we stop at traffic lights. We wait in line at the stores. We follow orders of policemen. We will do and obey the laws set up. At least again, many will do so. It is that ingrained method in us that made it easy on that day. For no one figured these men would bring the plane in low to hit the twin towers. We had not come to grip with the fact, Americans and America are hated.
Now this can be argued by some that the case is not that we are hated, per se. But that the policies we have pursued are despised. With that comes the fervent displeasure being acted out against the government and the people of the US. America is a warring nation. We have fought in many wars. We fought and many died. The reasons for the wars are varied. It seems there is always a good reason for making war. I was in the service during ‘Nam’. Although I did not go to the area to fight, I maintained my country’s balance in the armed forces by being stationed on the east coast. It was at this time I learned the nature of the Service. While our service compatriots were fighting and dying in ‘Nam’, we were tossing over rubber dummies and having man over board drills. In the course of all our drills and floating off the coast we managed to fire the ships heavy guns, and even fire a flare at sea gulls who threatened us. But besides that, the war, known as ‘Vietnam’, was a distant memory and not one where it seemed all the nations’ forces would be brought to bear for victory. This became a sham, a war of attrition, and one where the political arm of America cost the lives of thousands of men and women on both sides. Today the nation of Vietnam is a partner and trade between us is open. Americans go to ‘Nam’ today with not an ounce of fear. Yet at the time of the war, the political arm produced fear in us, for if Vietnam fell, then the whole of the world would come under the arm of despicable communist aggression.
Over the years the vets who fought in that war have come to be recognized for their service. Well they should, but also the contempt for all politicians should be laid out. These are patriotic war mongers who always manage to get the young people of any nation to sign up and go to war. They sign up at an early age, and in that age of youth, they die, fighting for endless and mindless ideas of politicians who think they have a right to rule the world or to fight a war for any reason they deem as good.

Now we have the new age of the Bush political war machine. It is here that sovereign nations can find themselves invaded simply because we perceive them to be a threat. Yes, we were attacked, but since that attack all on the guise of being threatened, America has invaded Iraq and Afghanistan. They also have eyes on Iran and have already come to blows with Russia over Georgia. Has it ever come to the mind of American politicians that some nation or nations might perceive the US to be a threat? It would be then an avenue for the Bush policy to be used against the ones who started it, namely America. Don’t be surprised if other nations distrust us today. After all we are the ones who are invading sovereign nations and at the same time, countless and innocent men, women, and children all die because of American bombs sent to them by the Bush doctrine. Don’t make the mistake of equating this war and policy of Bush with the World War when Japan attacked us and Hitler invaded Europe. There is no policy being copied here from that war of wars.
So as you are thinking of 9-11 you better prepare yourself for this one. There will be another one, this time bigger. For the global agenda that has been set by the Bush doctrine will not be taken back. The young people of America will be taken by sly and by force if necessary to fight the wars of the political arm that is trying to bring in their goal of a one world government. You can tell yourself it is God who wants us to make war. You can tell yourself it is for our protection to invade sovereign nations before they ever do us harm. You can tell yourself that the politicians in America really care for us and our kids. Here is the truth, if they did care for our kids that much, then they would be on the front of the battle lines leading the way and fighting along side the youth. That’s the way the Kings of old did it. It was a good idea then, it is now. If America wants a war, send the President, the Vice President, the congress, and other politicians first. Then let the youth make up the rear guard of the battle onslaught. After all, they are the ones telling us we need to make war.
If we don’t wake up to this policy and political mind control to make war, then we will face more foes on our own shores. Your comfortable lifestyle will be wiped away in the barrage of gun fire and bombs. How long do you think the world will stand by while we wage endless battles and wars? How long do you think the nations will allow us to go into their sovereign lands and cross their borders to wage war? Make no mistake, one night your beer and bratwurst will be interrupted as you watch that ball game. For the missiles will come in and bring you a dose of reality, 9-11 style.

It wasn’t until Cheney, born as Richard Bruce “Dick†Cheney on January 30th, 1941 who eventually became the forty sixth and current Vice President of the United States that his home town where he grew up became the ‘infamous’ place of the former Halliburton man. It was the year of his birth and the time of the attack on Pearl Harbor by the Japanese that Cheney came into the tumultuous time of events known as World War II.
Today many years removed, Cheney again is in the tumultuous times of the War to end all wars, many see as the beginning of or the start of World War III. This war was referred to by Aleister Crowley as a war between Islam and Christianity. It would be at the end of this infamous World war that ‘the two warring parties having been exhausted would make room for Crowley’s vision of the New Globalist World Order which would usher in the Luciferian age. This is an age where the only “law, would be that there is no lawâ€.’
As the world moves toward what seems as the inevitable conflict between ideologies, the two major players are on the scene. In one corner you have America, whose current President, back by Cheney, has already invaded two sovereign nations, Iraq and Afghanistan. While many see these invasions as okay and precipitated by the attack on 9-1-1, others see it as a direct violation of the constitution. I quote Dr. Ron Paul who many agree with and puts the argument in focus.
Dr. Ron Paul on War being justified: “It””””s OK for us to personally help other people, but to go around the world and spread democracy — goodness, no — too many unintended consequences. It usually requires force. I think we should only do those things under the prescribed conditions of the Constitution. You have a right and an obligation to defend [your] country. As America see’s success in Iran and even as Afghanistan is heating up somewhat the rhetoric about Iran is deafening. The pundits, news sources, experts, and many others all seem to think Bush will attack Iran near the election this November. While He may do so, the strike of America upon Iran certainly won’t be a surprise at all. It seems that the world believes this President who said he was a “war presidentâ€, certainly would do it a third time. So if Bush doesn’t attack Iran, many will be relieved but as a whole, the nations will be surprise. This expectation is so strong that in many investigations into this I have not found a source that says he wouldn’t. There are warnings from sources that such a strike is not advisable, or that the Administration should not do it, and even that America can’t keep three wars going on at the same time. All of these may be mute if Bush thinks he can do it a third time.
The issue here is will we strike and if we do not, will Israel? Israel has gone on record saying it would. Iran has gone on record saying it would ‘annihilate’ Israel, and see ‘America destroyed’. So there is no doubt the attitude of the parties involved are tense to say the least. The War will occur, the question is when.
*Now in 1979 a little known company started up. It was known as Interfor, who had a retired Major of the elite Commando Intelligence unit of the Israel Defense Force as the head. This man was later part of the Israeli Secret Service, known as the Mossad. It was during the 60’s and 70’s that this man participated in special op’s and collected intelligence. The mans name, Juval Aviv, and is currently today working with U.S. and foreign law firms, leading financial institutions, corporations, insurers, government agencies throughout the world.
Aviv has made the media circuit as well, after publishing his books. Making the rounds on the major news networks like ABC, FOX, CNN, BBC, ZDF, RAI, and others, the warnings started coming forth about an upcoming attack. Aviv working from the Interfor Company he started put forth these warnings which are well circulated on the media and in the internet. Both Worldnetdaily and FOX covered Aviv’s warnings for the upcoming year of 2008, which according to the former Mossad agent is coming from intelligence in Europe.
Aviv’s pointed warnings which made the Media circuit are summed up by his statements below:
“What they””””re going to do is hit six, seven, or eight cities simultaneously to show sophistication and really hit the public,” Aviv said.
But this time, he emphasized, it will not only be big cities.
“They””””re going to try to hit rural America,” Aviv said. “They want to send a message to rural America: ””””You””””re not protected. If you figured out that if you just move out of New York and move to Montana or to Pittsburgh, you””””re not immune. Now if this was not coming from such an expert, one might just ignore it. The thought is that these strikes will connect in America. This terror attack will push the Bush Administration into a War with Iran, and then Russia will get involved. The current Russian-Georgian situation proves that the ‘Bear is awake and prowling to prove she is a world player and a force to be reckoned with’. There is other information that also suggests the Bush administration will attack Syria as well. Syria and Iran have a ‘blood covenant’ to help and protect one another. Russia is allied with both of these nations, and has a non aggression pact with China who is at odds with America over Taiwan. It is easy to see that if America goes after Iran, then the rest of World War III can be seen, with China getting involved to get Taiwan in the process of it all.
From a biblical point of view many see this from the standpoint of Ezekiel 38 and 39. This can be especially true now that Georgia has become involved and is about 500 miles from Tehran and is fighting Russia. We can also see this scenario from the gospels, Matthew 24, Mark 13, and Luke 21, which reads of “wars and rumors of wars.†The upcoming armed conflict, the rumors of such conflict, the actual events, and all the nations, powers and principalities which fight one another over land and rights can fit into end time biblical prophecy.
Having said this let me expound on where such attacks may occur. The Department of Homeland security has such a list; a website speaks of this list and says the DHS list has 77,000 targets on it.
USA today did a story on all this and according to Homeland security department they quote, there are more than 88,000 target sites.
Robert Liscouski, in charge of infrastructure protection at the Homeland Security department, said officials have set up a database of more than 80,000 sites. Now on Standeyo.com they have a “top 100†list for cities that could come under attack to a terror strike. The list factors according to the site to be included on the top 100 are connected to population density, landmark and cultural heritage centers, proximity to nuclear plants, or NBC waste dumps, an important shipping-trucking route-port-etc, dams, communication hub, or other critical infrastructure to name a few. Now while the list looks good, it doesn’t show any threat to the western states of Wyoming, Montana, North Dakota, and South Dakota.
This is a problem because Juval Aviv has sources which say the terrorists will strike in the rural country like Wyoming or Montana as well in order to show that these areas are open to attack as well. You see of all the rural states the most likely in my book, according to political action and scope is Wyoming. It is the place connected to Cheney. Even more closely aligned to Cheney is Casper. If Cheney had not of been from Casper or not of been VP to Bush, then Casper would not of been in the public view. No doubt, Casper is a staunch political target for and Jihadst wanting to make a World wide statement. If they hit rural Casper, they also hit Cheney and Bush, it is a top target. Those two alone, Casper and Wyoming, being the place Cheney was raised and home to his family further explains why the attack could occur here. Add to this Cheney is VP to one of the most aggressive Presidents in US History, at least from this article’s standpoint. Who else do you know that has been President of a nation as America who has invaded two sovereign nations, and is planning on or at least seems to make it clear attacking another one; Iran is on the planning board. There is one that comes to mind that did as Bush has done, his name was Hitler. Wait, wasn’t there another Bush connected to Hitler? You know there was, but that’s another story. From this standpoint, a good target, at least one of them, would be Casper Wyoming. Will it occur? I pray and hope not. But no doubt, with this nation forsaking the LORD God and wallowing in its lusts and following all its idols, it has become alone, for it has forsaken the LORD. Judgment is coming on the nation of America. It is time to repent and seek the LORD.

Now let me ask you a question, if you were going to strike when would it be? As a terrorist, look for Ramadan, the Muslim holy days, which is a good time to die, so sources on the subject say, that is, if you’re a Muslim Jihadst. From the biblical prophecy standpoint look at the fall feasts and Rosh Hashanah which starts on September 30th. Also in September there are two full moons, then in October you have Yom Kippur on the 9th and Sukkot the 14th-20th of October. What this means is that if God moves judgment against the U.S. in a mighty way, then the fall feasts would be a good point in Prophetic time line to see it done. However, I do not believe this will be the end of America, per se. This is just one event in the whole end time line. I also am not making any Prophetic call here. This is based on current sources on the subject. What I can tell you is, Judgment is coming to this land, you had better get ready. It will also engulf the whole world.

The question becomes is why this act was signed when all media coverage of North Korea has been positive over the past months. Executive Order: Continuing Certain Restrictions with Respect to North Korea and North Korean Nationals
By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (50 U.S.C. 1701 et seq.) (IEEPA), the National Emergencies Act (50 U.S.C. 1601 et seq.) (NEA), and section 301 of title 3, United States Code,
I, GEORGE W. BUSH, President of the United States of America, find that the current existence and risk of the proliferation of weapons-usable fissile material on the Korean Peninsula constitute an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security and foreign policy of the United States, and I hereby declare a national emergency to deal with that threat. I further find that, as we deal with that threat through multilateral diplomacy, it is necessary to continue certain restrictions with respect to North Korea that would otherwise be lifted pursuant to a forthcoming proclamation that will terminate the exercise of authorities under the Trading With the Enemy Act (50 U.S.C. App. 1 et seq.) (TWEA) with respect to North Korea.
Accordingly, I hereby order:
Section 1. Except to the extent provided in statutes or in regulations, orders, directives, or licenses that may be issued pursuant to this order, and notwithstanding any contract entered into or any license or permit granted prior to the date of this order, the following are blocked and may not be transferred, paid, exported, withdrawn, or otherwise dealt in:
all property and interests in property of North Korea or a North Korean national that, pursuant to the President”s authorities under the TWEA, the exercise of which has been continued in accordance with section 101(b) of Public Law 95-223 (91 Stat. 1625; 50 U.S.C. App. 5(b) note), were blocked as of June 16, 2000, and remained blocked immediately prior to the date of this order.

In recent developments, The Bush administration seems to be preparing for an assault on Iran. That is according to the latest military data from Russian Military Intelligence. The report was cited on the Russian news and Information agency news sites, one of the most authoritative and professional sources of prompt information in Russia and abroad, that is according to their own website. The RIA Novosti has a correspondent network in the Russian Federation, CIS and over 40 non CIS countries. It reported that:
The latest military intelligence data point to heightened U.S. military preparations for both an air and ground operation against Iran,’ the official said, adding that the Pentagon has probably not yet made a final decision as to when an attack will be launched.
He said the Pentagon is looking for a way to deliver a strike against Iran ‘that would enable the Americans to bring the country to its knees at minimal cost.’

There have been intelligence sources that have chosen to remain anonymous that have told us of intrusions into the Republic of Iran by American forces, under secretive and coded actions. The intrusions usually are of a group of Special Forces that enter into a country for covert and action intelligence purposes, which are a precursor to major military operations.
As the information seems to be coming to the surface from various areas, there is still no substantial proof as to the Bush administrations true intentions on Iran. For some reason, known only to the Bush administration, the War Powers acts, and Congressional approval for war seems to be ignored. The course of war has been an ongoing discussion among those watching the international scene. Many have taken the recent intelligence reports from various sources as to point to a strike within Iran. The strike is seen as one of major ‘nuclear and deep ground penetrating arms’ meant to destroy the capabilities of Iran. Because of anti- Israel and American threats, the Bush administration has consistently taken the viewpoint of Iran being a threat to peace in the region. The Russian viewpoint on the issue has been also seen as seeing such an American move on Iran as threatening. The resulting attack could usher in a major War with both Iran and Russia.
This last week Vice President Dick Cheney made the round to the Arab allies of the United States. According to the Iranian International news network, Press TV, the popular government guided Saudi newspaper Okaz reported that the “Saudi Shura council approved of a nuclear fallout preparation plans.†This occurred only a day after the US vice president visited the Saudi’s. Visits of the Vice President also included a meeting with King Abdullah as well. As a result of the Shura ruling, the Saudi government will start the implementation of:

There have been deployments to the region for some time, ever increasing in size and scope according to sources. Many speculate that the Pentagon has the estimated numbers of potential dead in Iran as well, which could number in the millions. In addition, only precautions of a potential high level radiation could prompt such an action by the Saudi’s in regard to nuclear fallout. The question remains open and needs an answer, hopefully before the ‘nuc’ is dropped. That question is of course, “what do the Saudis now know that the American Public is not being made aware of?†Why is the Bush machine so intent on this action? The answer may be in Bush’s own words “I am a War Presidentâ€. The last question is, will America survive past this mans idea’s to make war with another nation and send even more young men and women to their graves for the agenda of the New World war lords Order. This is the Angel in the Whirlwind and the chaos he brings in is only starting.

Why is this order on Korea relevant? Because if we are indeed in a State of National Emergency over North Korea, then it presupposes that Bush already has executive power to make war with Iran without Congressional approval.
