Call of the Council of God

Call of the Council of God
A psalm by Dana G Smith

Sunset before day of the Lord

Thus the Lord called a council, and he spake thus, to all the nations, peoples, and lands,
Will ye hear? Will ye consider that this is so? If so, you may be hid during the day of the Wrath of the Lord our God!

Jeremiah 22:21  I spake unto thee in thy prosperity; but thou saidst, I will not hear. This hath been thy manner from thy youth, that thou obeyedst not my voice.
22  The wind shall eat up all thy pastors, and thy lovers shall go into captivity: surely then shalt thou be ashamed and confounded for all thy wickedness.

Behold the mist arises.
The Haze comes and stands upon the land.
It covers, unfolding deception, leading many to err.
Woe unto the people for they cannot see nor understand.
Theirs is a land gone astray.
The ground opens; hell releases itself upon the land.
Bloodshed to bloodshed,
Harlotries to harlotries,
Deceivers to deceptions,
Mockers to cruel liars,
From unbelief to mockeries, it is released,
Upon a people, upon a land, upon a nation.
These stand upon their pride,
Those who refuse to acknowledge their sins,
Whose shepherds are perverse, and their prophets who push lies for truth,
Who do not know the Lord God of Hosts,
Who do not understand the signs,
Nor do they hear my warnings,
For their eyes are closed, their ears full of wax so they cannot hear.

Deliverance in the Day of Affliction

A Psalm by The Watchman

Dana G Smith

Keywords: Lord, God, Hosts, Yeshua, HaMassiach, Jesus Christ, Father

bible

Psalms 119:153  ¶RESH. Consider mine affliction, and deliver me: for I do not forget thy law.

154  Plead my cause, and deliver me: quicken me according to thy word.

155  ¶Salvation is far from the wicked: for they seek not thy statutes.

156  ¶Great are thy tender mercies, O LORD: quicken me according to thy judgments.

157  ¶Many are my persecutors and mine enemies; yet do I not decline from thy testimonies.

158  ¶I beheld the transgressors, and was grieved; because they kept not thy word.

159  ¶Consider how I love thy precepts: quicken me, O LORD, according to thy lovingkindness.

160  ¶Thy word is true from the beginning: and every one of thy righteous judgments endureth for ever.

O Lord have mercy upon me.

In thine comfort, help me, O God.

In thine mercy, deliver me O Lord of Hosts.

Be thou my strength and guide me…

Direct me in thy righteousness…

Establishment me in the day of adversity…

That I may be found in thy grace…

O my God, My King, and my deliverer.

John 14:6

Bring me unto the the pasture of thy provision…

Feed me O Lord in thy mercy…

Let me walk in thy truth O God.

For you are my hope.

In you do I rest, O my Lord.

For you are a righteous God…

The Eternal Father…

Full of Grace…

Thy Mercy extending to thousands of generations.

Shine upon me O God…

In your abundance…

During the day of affliction…

Deliver thou me…

O Lord, My King.

For you are a Great God…

A mighty King,

The creator and Lord.

In you do I rest…

In you I find safety.

O Lord my Rock…

Unmovable, be thou my salvation…

Through thy Son Yeshua HaMassiach…

The Son of God…

The only Begotten of the Father…

Full of Grace and Truth…

Jesus Christ, name above all names…

Blessed be the name of the LORD.

In The Land of Shadows

In The Land of ShadowsA Psalm by The Watchman
Dana G Smith
‘the torch will not light thee during the day of wrath’ keywords: Lord, HOSTS, Land of Shadows,

Trusting in the Shadow of Egypt a type of the world, a metaphor relating to America (worldly).

Isaiah 30:1  ¶Woe to the rebellious children, saith the LORD, that take counsel, but not of me; and that cover with a covering, but not of my spirit, that they may add sin to sin:
2  That walk to go down into Egypt, and have not asked at my mouth; to strengthen themselves in the strength of Pharaoh, and to trust in the shadow of Egypt!
3  Therefore shall the strength of Pharaoh be your shame, and the trust in the shadow of Egypt your confusion.

Setting the Example: Remember what I did to Israel saith the LORD

Jeremiah 13:13  Then shalt thou say unto them, Thus saith the LORD, Behold, I will fill all the inhabitants of this land, even the kings that sit upon David’s throne, and the priests, and the prophets, and all the inhabitants of Jerusalem, with drunkenness.
14  And I will dash them one against another, even the fathers and the sons together, saith the LORD: I will not pity, nor spare, nor have mercy, but destroy them.
15  Hear ye, and give ear; be not proud: for the LORD hath spoken.

In the Land of Shadows, cries can be heard.
Before there was gladness, now there is unbelief & terror.
The voice of the wise man has ceased,
for the Lord of HOSTS has spoken.
Across the land it can be heard.
A voice that was not heard before,
a voice the people gave no heed,
for the wrath of the Lord has descended
and we have heard it.
We are a people gone astray,
like Israel of old,
we are people undone,
for the Lord has recompensed us for our pride.

Where are your wise men?
Where are your noble ones?
Who has the power to quench my fury saith the Lord?
Run to your places and hide.
Bury yourselves in your castles.
Yea, I will crush you under the weight of your idols!
For the Lord has removed himself,
he has descended in anger for the pride,
yea for the pride of his people and the arrogance of the nations.
The shadow has passed, yea it has gone,
swiftly from north to south, from coast to coast,
from cities to the farms, yea it is consumed.

My day groaneth the people,
where is my day of peace?
Gone saith the Lord.
My day groaneth the people,
where is my day of prosperity?
Gone saith the Lord.
My day groaneth the people,
how shall it end?
Thy day is ended saith the Lord,
for the day is mine, it is filled,
yea the Lord doth speak and
the day is filled with my righteous fury.

For thy arrogance,
thy pride,
thy iniquity,
thy idols,
thy madness and pleasure seeking ways.
It is full saith the Lord,
it is full.
How long shall it last?
Till it be consumed and my anger is ended saith the Lord.

The word is passing through the nations.
Have you heard?
Have you seen the smoke?
Behold it is gone!
How shall it continue?
Where is the wisdom?
Who will tell me?
How could I have avoided this?
Did you not know?
Did no one tell you this could be?
Away with thee,
count the dross and cast it away.
Wipe the slate.
Mount that which you have,
Flee, run, and see if you can escape.
For it is filth in the land of shadows.
Under every rock,
in every house,
in all the temples of thy idols,
in every street,
the land is filled with evil.
Thy ways are wicked and you love it so!

You hide in the shadows of your lands.
You have hidden your sins well,
But I will cast light in the shadows.
I will reveal the hidden things.
I will burn the wicked thing.
I will remove it.
For I am the Lord and my anger will not cease,
yea, till it is quenched in my righteousness.
For the filth will be removed of it,
The cities will burn,
The people will be destroyed,
for the end has come,
In the Land of Shadows.

Epitaph:
The smoke rises, the vulture circles,
the birds flee, and the neighborhood is silent,
In the Land of Shadows, a great and terrible day has come,
We were not ready, no one told us of this day.
For we were the elite of the earth, the most powerful of our day,
We live in the Land of Shadows, a place where the dust has not settled,
Nor the peace returned, for evil has come, In the Land of Shadows.

Isaiah 47:7  ¶And thou saidst, I shall be a lady for ever: so that thou didst not lay these things to thy heart, neither didst remember the latter end of it.
8  Therefore hear now this, thou that art given to pleasures, that dwellest carelessly, that sayest in thine heart, I am, and none else beside me; I shall not sit as a widow, neither shall I know the loss of children:
9  But these two things shall come to thee in a moment in one day, the loss of children, and widowhood: they shall come upon thee in their perfection for the multitude of thy sorceries, and for the great abundance of thine enchantments.
10  For thou hast trusted in thy wickedness: thou hast said, None seeth me. Thy wisdom and thy knowledge, it hath perverted thee; and thou hast said in thine heart, I am, and none else beside me.
11  Therefore shall evil come upon thee; thou shalt not know from whence it riseth: and mischief shall fall upon thee; thou shalt not be able to put it off: and desolation shall come upon thee suddenly, which thou shalt not know.
12  Stand now with thine enchantments, and with the multitude of thy sorceries, wherein thou hast laboured from thy youth; if so be thou shalt be able to profit, if so be thou mayest prevail.
13  Thou art wearied in the multitude of thy counsels. Let now the astrologers, the stargazers, the monthly prognosticators, stand up, and save thee from these things that shall come upon thee.
14  Behold, they shall be as stubble; the fire shall burn them; they shall not deliver themselves from the power of the flame: there shall not be a coal to warm at, nor fire to sit before it.
15  Thus shall they be unto thee with whom thou hast laboured, even thy merchants, from thy youth: they shall wander every one to his quarter; none shall save thee.
