Below is a republishing of an article I wrote in 2006. It takes memo’s and notes from my prayer journal going back years. It details my listening post and some warnings and instructions I received from the Lord.

It is as I wrote it at that time, I do not update it nor change it.
So here it is, My original published article from 2006, “The Listening Post”.

James 5:3  Your gold and silver is cankered; and the rust of them shall be a witness against you, and shall eat your flesh as it were fire. Ye have heaped treasure together for the last days.
4  Behold, the hire of the labourers who have reaped down your fields, which is of you kept back by fraud, crieth: and the cries of them which have reaped are entered into the ears of the Lord of sabaoth.
5  Ye have lived in pleasure on the earth, and been wanton; ye have nourished your hearts, as in a day of slaughter.

I spend a great deal of time at my listening post. Before I had my office, this post was a hill overlooking a valley. To the right was a mountain. While there, I listened for the voice of the Lord. I would and still do write all he says to me. To date, I have some14 prayer journals.

Recently while looking over these journals, I came across some interesting notes.  One such note on July 30th, 1998, I wrote these words: “Year 2001, there is a change coming.” Beside this note is a scripture. I put this scripture above in context.  It is James writing about the hope that peoples and nations place in fleshy things as gold and silver.  Then again while in prayer on August 12th of 1998, this note: “It is coming to this country, chaos will reign for those who do not trust in the Lord” I urge you to read Isaiah 24 and 53.

Then in Jan of 1999 while in study,  prayer and meditation I received this warning. The words form a warning from the Lord.

Surely the Lord has told me to go speak against this generation, saying:
“You have trodden upon mine blessings in your land. You have refused
me. You have said that by your hands have you thus received”.

“It shall come saith the Lord, unless you turn to me, that your light among
the nations shall dim, even shall it go out.”

“I shall send more pestilence and destruction upon you. Ye shall be removed
from your pleasant places and  from your dwellings of ease. With pain and heartache
shall you be companions.”

“I have raised you, ye have refused. So saith the Lord, go your own  way,
I will not, for you have refused me. I will have none of your evil ways.”

In reference to the above, I also wrote: “this will be an unusually severe calamity”.  It was on the
sixth of January 1999, that I saw the “death of America”.  I made these notes: “This pm I saw  the death of America, I put a mourning cloth over my head and wept uncontrollably”.  I have had many visions and dreams on such matters.  But the privacy of this time, forbids me to go into detail. Suffice it to say, the experience was enough to convince me of what is coming.  The book D-Day for America, which is due out soon (March 2006) is one result of this experience.

Then in January of 1999 on the twenty eighth day of the month the Lord revealed this to me.
“Watch for increased trouble, terrorist attack, NY coming soon. Look for this trouble in September”.  These words point to what happened on September 11, 2001.  I am telling you this for one reason. The trouble on September 11, 2001 is only the beginning.

More notes:
February 18th 1999 – “Trouble much trouble is coming -USA is blind, she sits a queen , not thinking she would sit a widow”.

February 22nd 1999- “sweeping unprecedented chaos upon the land”

May 28th 1999- I write a psalm given to me by the Lord.

Ashes smoldering, smoke rises like a thread.
An offering?  Is the Judgment done.
There lay the structures.
Everyone has known this, but they lay amidst the ruins.
Stone upon stone, thrust down.
Brick upon brick, discarded.
Idol upon idol, carried away.
Yea, her enemies’ hath done this.
Where was thy God oh faithless ones?
Thine own wisdom hath destroyed thee.
July of 1999- I wrote this:

“As a Gnat in the ointment, which is plucked out and thrown away, So is your contempt
for my warnings”

The Lord had been revealing to me this coming judgment. This judgment was not the one on September 11, 2001. That was only a minor shot across our bow, so to speak. However, I had experienced this so much so in prayer and seeking the Lord that I wrote this:

“It is so close, I’m on the edge of a precipice looking over, I can’t step back, I can’t go on,
and I’m losing my balance”.  Man that is close. Don’t know it’s twenty years, thirty
years, five years, three years, or two. I don’t know. But the Spirit gently presses me again
again. It is close”.

This experience left my heart heavy, sad, I felt overwhelmed. The Lord had called me to be a Watchman and someone to warn the people. Both Christians and non Christians  alike. To herald the alarm. But I found myself facing a daunting task. Over time and with prayer, trust and faith entered in. I knew no matter what that the Lord would enable us for our task. God will lead not just us, but will deal with the believer and non believers alike.  He is the judge. It is His responsibility, not mine. The sadness was replaced by peace, my heart found hope amidst the coming judgment.

So what of today in 2006? My new book which I mentioned earlier is due out anytime. It is (again, another plug) called D Day for America.  It outlines much of what the 13 and now my 14 prayer journals have in them. This book is about the “smelter of the Lord, in the land of the free”. Following Isaiah 21:6 “let the watchman declare what he see’s”, I trace what the Lord is telling me. This book is loaded with lots of scripture and plenty of studies. It will reveal the judgment, how to survive, and more. I do not bring in pages of reasons why I believe America will fall.  In the book, this is a given reality.  There also is no time line. I am a Watchman. My duty is to watch and declare.  As a believer I am a watchman as well, watching for the coming of the Lord. I do not watch for dates or raptures. In the context of my calling I declare what the Lord reveals to me.

We have seen September 11, 2001. Also, pestilence, plagues, natural disasters, high gas prices, war and death in Iraq, and many other things to weaken even the stout hearted.  On sept 8, 2005 just three days before the 9-11-01 anniversary I wrote:

“Hurricanes-High gas prices-War in Iraq- These are the beginning of sorrows for the USA, more to come. The world will watch and see what happens to the USA.
They will receive of the Lord their due, as well, in His timing.”

On Sept 14th, 2005 I wrote this:

“Prophecy  watch sent  a letter  detailing of Gods warnings. It marked a biblical course of judgment upon America. Pointedly it agree’s with to the letter everything I have
been telling others. It is not only me who see’s these things, from Gods word, in prayer,
and in visions. All these things tell me its coming, now others agree as well. Don’t know
how long.”

On Sept 23, 2005 I wrote this:

“New Orleans floods again. Hurricane  Rita bears down. The things I have been warning
seem to be arriving. This is just the beginning”.

In conclusion let me say, “Trust in the Lord”, for he alone will get you through the tough times. I also say to “watch” and “be ready for in such a time as ye think not, the Lord will come”.

New York Judge Permits Lesbian Divorce

New York Judge Permits Lesbian Divorce Despite State’s Non-Recognition of Same-sex “Marriage”

NEW YORK, February 28, 2008 (LifeSiteNews.com) – A New York judge has ruled that a lesbian known as Beth R. can pursue a divorce from Donna M., the woman that she “married” in Canada. It is the first time in New York judicial history that a judge has allowed homosexuals to seek a divorce.

While Donna M. contends that a divorce case is impossible in a state that does not allow for same-sex “marriages,” Supreme Court Justice Laura Drager ruled the state can still recognize the marriage that took place outside of New York.

Donna M.’s lawyer argues that Justice Drager’s decision “sets aside 200 years of decisional and statutory law in New York.” He accused Drager of trying to change state law through the court.

In 2006, on behalf of the New York Court of Appeals, Justice Smite wrote, “We hold that the New York Constitution does not compel recognition of marriages between members of the same sex. Whether such marriages should be recognized is a question to be addressed by the legislature.” Unlike at least 41 other states, however, New York legislation does not explicitly define marriage as a union between a man and woman, thus allowing judges like Drager to recognize homosexual marriages contracted elsewhere.

Drager’s decision contrasts with a December Rhode Island decision in which the state’s Supreme Court refused to acknowledge any out-of-state homosexual “marriage.” Contrary to that decision, Drager ruled that New York would recognize any out-of-state marriage that is not prohibited by the state or is not “abhorrent to New York public policy.” Only incest and polygamy were cited as “abhorrent” practices.

Drager’s ruling is the second major legal victory in New York this month for advocates of homosexual “marriage.” On February 1st, the Appellate Division of State Supreme Court of New York ruled that homosexual “marriages” legally recognized in other countries must also be recognized for the purpose of state employee benefits. After the February 1st ruling, Monroe Community College in Rochester was forced to extend health benefits to the college employee Patricia Martinez, who was “married” to her homosexual partner in Canada.

The left-wing advocacy group New York Civil Liberties Union admitted to bringing the Martinez case forward in order to move towards the legalization of homosexual “marriages” within the state. James Esseks, Litigation Director of the Lesbian Gay Bisexual and Transgender Project of the NYCLU, said after the February case that “it’s now up to the state legislature to finish the job it started last year and pass the marriage bill so that lesbian and gay New Yorkers won’t have to leave the state to celebrate their commitments.”

Drager’s ruling is a part of a continuing trend within New York to recognize the validity of homosexual “marriages.” As judicial recognition of homosexual marriages expands, it is likely that previous state prohibitions of same-sex marriages will disappear.

Donna M. has said that she plans to appeal the Drager decision.
