I remember the words of David Wilkerson years ago talking about the ‘folly’ that would become inherent in Christian churches. One of those ‘follies’ was nudity! While preparing for one of our news shows I came across a church that heralded ‘complete nude Christian services’. There was even a segment where the ‘Pastor, nude himself’, proceeded to defend their idea as the interviewer listened to his response. I believe over the years I have seen almost everything in the church. Today, though, the slime and rebellion in the pulpit, meetings, and gatherings we call Christian take the cake. In other words, deception is bad and those attending are even worse at discerning what they are watching and experiencing.

If you could see in the spirit and look at the person performing in some of these meetings, you would see “unclean spirits like frogs, demons coming forth from the mouths of these people”, performing signs before a generation of people who are given over to lawlessness. It is the ‘utter folly’ being repeated today, a ‘folly’ that occurred in Israel’s day and is prophesied to occur again in the end times. It is here!

I will not mention names, but those to whom I speak in regards too, are there, none the less! I don’t know them all, don’t follow what they do! What I do is seek the Lord! When he gives me a word and a message to put forth, I do that! This is the generation of lawlessness! A people who so take ‘Gods grace’ as to twist it into anything they desire, all the while ignoring the Word of God. They do not fear the LORD, nor do they honor him!

Revelation 16:13  And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet.
14  For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty.

Of course, we only think of demonic spirits working with signs to convince people to follow their leader in terms of the the dragon, the beast, and the false prophet. But these demonic spirits, who like frogs, come forth out of the mouths of those who they enable in their lawlessness.

We see this same evidence in scripture from Second Thessalonians. It is here we find that the ‘working of Satan’ is with all ‘power, signs, and lying wonders.’ This is what equips those who are found in the church, but are not of the Lord. Do you think that Satan musters his power only for the endtime battle in the above verses in Revelation 16? No, of course not! We find his deception throughout scripture. In this verse in Thessalonians, it mentions him, the son of perdition is after the working of Satan! In other words, he uses the same method, work, and arsenal as Satan. It comes with the whole package designed to deceive the one who in their own
‘Folly’ are walking in rebellion, sin, and lawlessness!

2 Thessalonians 2:9  Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,
10  And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
11  And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:

In connection with this, John writes directly to those he calls ‘beloved’, saints of the Lord, who he was warning. This warning sternly tells them that ‘many false prophets’ are gone out into the world! They will come as ‘from God’, but they are full of spirits alright, the wrong kind! That is why, he says to try the spirits! The best inspection you can do is be a fruit inspector!

1 John 4:1  ¶Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.

Matthew 7:16  Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?

Matthew 7:20  Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.

You line up what they say, what they do, and who they are against the Word of God!  Speaking to King Saul, Samuel the Prophet said to him that “to obey is better than sacrifice”. Meaning he had not obeyed the Word of the LORD, in fact, he had rejected it! This was the result of rebellion, which Samuel said was as the ‘sin of witchcraft’ and their own ‘stubbornness was as iniquity and idolatry’. Saul wanted forgiveness and to be re-instated, but Samuel flatly told him the LORD had rejected thee from being King. His successor was David, the shepherd!

1 Samuel 15:22  And Samuel said, Hath the LORD as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, as in obeying the voice of the LORD? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, and to hearken than the fat of rams.
23  For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. Because thou hast rejected the word of the LORD, he hath also rejected thee from being king.
We must take note from what occurred in Israel. Why? Because in Israel much folly was wrought in Gods name! It was a people whose heart was far from the LORD. A people who did not honor God! A people who continually sought other Gods!

Deuteronomy 22:21  Then they shall bring out the damsel to the door of her father’s house, and the men of her city shall stone her with stones that she die: because she hath wrought folly in Israel, to play the whore in her father’s house: so shalt thou put evil away from among you.

In Deuteronomy the law concerning damsels that are wed is found in chapter 22. What is interesting here, it is noted that if that damsel who is wed, is found not to be a virgin, she was to be stoned with stones that she die. Why? Because she had wrought a folly in Israel, she had played the whore in her fathers house. It was an evil. Today, of course, we do not stone women or men for such behavior. But this law in Deuteronomy gives us a type and revelation into an important point! The damsel to be wed, is a bride. That bride is to wed another, given by her father. This is a portrait of the Father, the Son, and the Bride of Christ. The bride today gather in his name and we have used the term, “our Fathers house”, from the Gospels. That being said, if that bride is not a virgin, totally given to her LORD, her God, and to her husband [Christ], then she has wrought folly in Israel [spiritual Israel, both Jew and Gentiles in Jesus Name, under the blood of the covenant]. That means, the bride, even the prophets, the priests, the ministers, if they have given themselves over to another, then they are no longer virgins of the LORD, before him blameless, covered in the blood. They are whore’s in their fathers house because they have given themselves over to another lover.

The Example of Eli, Phineas, and Hophni!
1 Samuel 2:12  Now the sons of Eli were sons of Belial; they knew not the LORD.
13  And the priests’ custom with the people was, that, when any man offered sacrifice, the priest’s servant came, while the flesh was in seething, with a fleshhook of three teeth in his hand;
14  And he struck it into the pan, or kettle, or caldron, or pot; all that the fleshhook brought up the priest took for himself. So they did in Shiloh unto all the Israelites that came thither.
15  Also before they burnt the fat, the priest’s servant came, and said to the man that sacrificed, Give flesh to roast for the priest; for he will not have sodden flesh of thee, but raw.
16  And if any man said unto him, Let them not fail to burn the fat presently, and then take as much as thy soul desireth; then he would answer him, Nay; but thou shalt give it me now: and if not, I will take it by force.
17  Wherefore the sin of the young men was very great before the LORD: for men abhorred the offering of the LORD.

1 Samuel 2:22  Now Eli was very old, and heard all that his sons did unto all Israel; and how they lay with the women that assembled at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.
23  And he said unto them, Why do ye such things? for I hear of your evil dealings by all this people.
24  Nay, my sons; for it is no good report that I hear: ye make the LORD’S people to transgress.
25  If one man sin against another, the judge shall judge him: but if a man sin against the LORD, who shall intreat for him? Notwithstanding they hearkened not unto the voice of their father, because the LORD would slay them.

The prophets all dealt with this issue, but Jeremiah in chapter 23 speaks of both the prophet and the priest being profane. They were profane in ‘my house’ the LORD said. This is a replication of Eli, and his sons, Phinehas and Hophni, who did not honor the LORD. Phinehas and Hophni were called “priests of belial..” Those who do these things make the ‘people who do seek the LORD’, actually become to ‘abhor’ the things of God because of what these ‘priests of belial’ do!
Jeremiah tell Israel that her prophets and priests are profane and the Lord will bring evil upon them, it will be the year of their visitation! Jeremiah also speaks of the folly in Samaria for the prophets there prophesied in Baal, causing Israel to err! The prophets who prophesied brought lawlessness to climax in Israel. It was so bad the Lord said they were all of them unto me [LORD] as Sodom and the inhabitants thereof as Gomorrah. The Lord then said he would feed them ‘wormwood and gall’. This small phrase reminds of the ‘Wormwood’ during the tribulation that comes upon all the earth for their rebellion against God. The Prophets caused profaneness to go into all the land. These prophets did not call the people to repentance, to walk in obedience to the LORD, to keep his ways. These prophets spoke of visions, and prophesied to the people. Visions out of their own heart and prophesies from their own imaginations. They spoke of peace, all will be fine, no evil shall come. It was a people who walked in their own imaginations, borne out of ‘lawlessness’, ‘rebellion’, ‘pride’ and was nutured by prophets who did the same.

Jeremiah 23:11  For both prophet and priest are profane; yea, in my house have I found their wickedness, saith the LORD.
12  Wherefore their way shall be unto them as slippery ways in the darkness: they shall be driven on, and fall therein: for I will bring evil upon them, even the year of their visitation, saith the LORD.
13  And I have seen folly in the prophets of Samaria; they prophesied in Baal, and caused my people Israel to err.
14  I have seen also in the prophets of Jerusalem an horrible thing: they commit adultery, and walk in lies: they strengthen also the hands of evildoers, that none doth return from his wickedness: they are all of them unto me as Sodom, and the inhabitants thereof as Gomorrah.
15  Therefore thus saith the LORD of hosts concerning the prophets; Behold, I will feed them with wormwood, and make them drink the water of gall: for from the prophets of Jerusalem is profaneness gone forth into all the land.
16  Thus saith the LORD of hosts, Hearken not unto the words of the prophets that prophesy unto you: they make you vain: they speak a vision of their own heart, and not out of the mouth of the LORD.
17  They say still unto them that despise me, The LORD hath said, Ye shall have peace; and they say unto every one that walketh after the imagination of his own heart, No evil shall come upon you.

Today in America we have Prophets, Priests, Ministers, Deacons, Teachers, and many others all who walk in the imaginations of their own hearts. They prophesy falsely, and give visions from their own hearts. They do not speak out of the Mouth of the LORD. They do so by ‘demonic spirits, going forth to deceive’ those who do not honor the Lord! There are many today that are and will be cut off. The day of their visitation is coming and so is the day of visitation for those who walk in these ways of rebellion. These who do such things, leading the people astray are sinning ‘grieviously’ because they are ‘sinning against the LORD’ in their actions. They are taking his name in vain, his Word in disobedience, and mocking his Holiness!

1 Samuel 2:25  If one man sin against another, the judge shall judge him: but if a man sin against the LORD, who shall intreat for him? Notwithstanding they hearkened not unto the voice of their father, because the LORD would slay them

Thus shall they say, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? And in thy name have cast out devils? And in thy name done many mighty works?

He shall say, “I never knew you, depart from me you that work inquity [lawlessness]”!

For these are those who did not hear the sayings, keep his word, or obey his commandments! They did not honor him! They did not obey him!

Matthew 7:20  Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.
21  ¶Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
22  Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
23  And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.
24  Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock:
25  And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock.
26  And every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand:
27  And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell: and great was the fall of it.
28  And it came to pass, when Jesus had ended these sayings, the people were astonished at his doctrine:
29  For he taught them as one having authority, and not as the scribes.

They went out from the Church, the midst of the believers, but they were not one of the church, nor of the believers. Thus they have become manifest they are not of the Lord! Even as in Eli, Hophi and Phineas who ministered as Priests of the LORD in the temple in Shiloh, the church today has many who minister as ‘priests of belial’. These are people who bring the last days ‘workings of Satan with all power, all  signs, and lying wonders’ to bring the people to the one who can appear as an ‘angel of light’. There is indeed and has been a ‘great falling away’ as written about in 2 Thessalonians!

1 John 2:18  ¶Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time.
19  They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would no doubt have continued with us: but they went out, that they might be made manifest that they were not all of us

2 Thessalonians 2:3  ¶Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;

Finally, the Apostle Paul spoke of such as we have today. We indeed have false Apostles, prophets, and deceitful workers. It is also a reminder that even Satan is ‘transformed into an angel of light’. Indeed, his ministers also appear as ministers of righteousness. But their end shall be according as their works!

2 Corinthians 11:13  For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ.
14  And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.
15  Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.

Be aware, be alert, let the Word be your truth, seek the LORD! Watch the fruits! Be careful of the accompanying signs and dubious nature of certain so called ‘ministers of righteousness’!

The weather was warm for this early morning, upper thirties. The clock was mid past four am and I was heading out the door. Sadie our dalmatian bust out the door in front of me as I stepped onto the cement. This was typical for us, even in cold weather, the dog and I would go out to get the car ready, pack it with needed items for our early morning workout and then go inside.

The weather was warm for this early morning, upper thirties. The clock was mid past four am and I was heading out the door. Sadie our dalmatian bust out the door in front of me as I stepped onto the cement. This was typical for us, even in cold weather, the dog and I would go out to get the car ready, pack it with needed items for our early morning workout and then go inside.

This morning Sadie got a glimpse of something and was jumping in her usual ‘what is it, I see something episodes.’ She is our yard dog and this yard is hers. She patrols it religiously during the day, evening, and early morning. If anything is out of order, she lets us know with a bark. I have come accustomed to the different barks and know if it is animal or human. This morning it was an animal, probably a cat. She always wants to play with them, never hurt them.

As I packed the car, I looked up and saw the moon. Examining it closer, it was shrouded in a milky white, with yellow coloration. Around the moon itself was a ring. This one was a large one, which meant change is coming. Old farmers used to read the weather and this kind of a moon meant a change in weather coming. But this morning it looked stranger than normal. I turned and went to the house, Sadie treading close by. She was satisfied that all was okay.

As I came I, the dog went by, sniffed at her yet uneaten portion of dog food and gathered up cozy by my desk. I turned the heat on and as usual, a brisk morning requires a little heat. So she made her self comfy.

I took up my chair, and thought of the morning email I had opened. Getting up at early pre-4 am as I do, the first thing I do is check the email and look on my sites. All was okay, the mail as usual was in need of going through. I always have mail, throughout the day, every 30 minutes, mail arrives. If I don’t manage it constantly it is a mess. Throughout the years I have learned to fight this with myriads of levels of Spam fighters and special software. But this morning it was a story on our home page of our town newspaper. It was about a church locally that was moving to the border of our state. The thing that caught my attention was the fact that this was no ordinary church. The newspaper, of course, doesn’t know the difference. Today stories are written to give all people equal share and never mention that this guy’s doctrine is off the wall. In fact the picture show some white guy in a desk chair, with another one beside him. This guy claimed to be the holy ghost and father of Jesus Christ.

I sat there looking at the picture and reading lines of it. I tell you I have no qualms about calling people crazy. This guy was nuts. But being nuts, plain crazy, he had managed to build a small congregation and now they were going to buy land in this state. We have seen such types move in and also in Montana. They like the open spaces and I guess they figure out west, we are stupid. Maybe they feel safe and can practice their delusion freely here. Whatever it is, I know this is a sign of the times. Years ago, this guy would not of had a chance to build anything like he has. But today, Americans are plain dumb about these things. They are dumb because they don’t read the bible, hold it as truth, follow it, or use it as a measuring tool for such false ones. People today allow such things to go on. They don’t teach their children, they don’t hold to holiness without which no man shall see the L-rd, they don’t walk in the Word of G-d, and they don’t have faith.

Moreover the region we live in is also facing another situation. Now as I finished this story another one came into view on the site, it was about one of the worst years in decades for grasshoppers. A plague that could hit this region and the crops causing devastation and much money.  We had already known of the trouble from some farmers and ranchers who already said they were concerned about it this year. Now today, it made the headlines on this paper. Close to the ‘false christ’ who thinks he is the Holy Ghost and the Father of Jesus.

Add these two signs along with the other one and you have three signs that indicate we are in the days preceding the coming of Yeshua, Jesus Christ.

1. The False Christ, and in our neck of the woods!

Matthew 24:24  For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.

2. The plague of grasshoppers that shadows famines and pestilence!

Matthew 24:7  For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.
8  All these are the beginning of sorrows.

3. The signs of the heavens, the moon and its early morning sign!

Luke 21:11  And great earthquakes shall be in divers places, and famines, and pestilences; and fearful sights and great signs shall there be from heaven.

Added to this was another story and the headline was of our electric company and its agreement to lower its estimated 70.9 million dollar rate hike. They were able to do this in agreement with our ‘Public Service Commission’ that regulates such hikes. They were able to do this because of numerous factors, but of these was one of a ‘renewable energy credit’. Renewable energy credits, energy credits are found in two basic markets in the US, which are Compliance and Voluntary markets. Both are centered around the use of green energy, renewable sources and are products of the green movement. These are also anti petroleum in its basic form.

Compliance markets are created by a policy that exists in 29 U.S. states, plus the District of Columbia, called Renewable Portfolio Standard. In these states, the electric companies are required to supply a certain percent of their electricity from renewable generators by a specified year. For example, in California the law is 33% renewable by 2020, whereas New York has a 24% requirement by 2013.[1]. Electric utilities in these states demonstrate compliance with their requirements by purchasing RECs; in the California example, the electric companies would need to hold RECs equivalent to 33% of their electricity sales.

Voluntary markets are ones in which customers choose to buy renewable power out of a desire to use renewable energy. Most corporate and household purchases of renewable energy are voluntary purchases. Renewable energy generators located in states that do not have a Renewable Portfolio Standard can sell their RECs to voluntary buyers, usually at a cheaper price than compliance market RECs.

Obama for one in his speeches before he was elected spoke of pushing green renewable sources. One, the Cap and Trade is his major push to do so. He also wants to regulate much of the oil output and use. In fact, his statement on the matter said he would shut down such sources. Sources for one that in our state creates jobs and revenue. But this is another sign that things are changing.  I am not against green energy, but where we live, I have had to keep warm in the winter with coal, having nothing but coal to do so. The hand of the government upon the states is leaning heavy brought about specifically by Obama and the democrats. None the less, things are changing because we are in that time period.

Sometimes we live and work, as we do so all this change is far from us. For instance as I drove to our workout this morning we passed by streets, houses, and cars. All of them living, most working, and all facing the same trouble. These are basic to human survival, that is eat, sleep, stay healthy, raise the kids, pay your bills, keep your job, and to the top of the list walk in the L-rd as his servant. But many here are unwise as to the day and hour we live in.

Lately the L-rd has lead me into conversations with people I know fairly well and they all have been asking me about the times we live in. As they do, I start in. From the top, to the bottom, to the need for repentance, to the finale that ‘America as we know it will cease to exist’. People usually only ask me or want to talk to me once in this type of conversation. I have warned for years and without a doubt, few and far between are those who will listen, understand, and see the signs of the times as we do!  So as I drove I passed by all these houses and families, without a doubt, I thought to myself, these people are totally ignorant to what is coming. Especially here in our neck of the woods. But to these people, I say, it is here now. From today, let it be known, the ‘signs of the times’ have definitely arrived and they tell me that here, they are, and here they will stay and continue to get worse until that time of the end!

It can get tough at times in this calling. I don’t speak to many where I work out at, because if I do, I will flatly tell them what is coming. Like the time I was in the sauna and two young men who I know are contractors came in. This time I said something to them. They answered and we started talking. By the time it was over I had told them of the end times, the Lord, our web sites, the end of America, and much more. I have not seen much of them since, but they know what is coming, what to do, and where to find help. One time I got into a discussion with the owner of the club where we workout. He is genuinely worried, he told me so. As a result I let it go as I do. Later my wife ran into him and started talking to him. He mentioned running into me and talking with me, saying something to the effect that ‘he doesn’t want to do that again, because we try to solve all t he problems.’ He doesn’t want to face the music so to speak, nor how to survive all t his through Christ. So he can go his own way.  I have as have my wife talked to many, some like another man that I won’t name here cannot even speak of these things with me. He can’t even go on Worldnetdaily because he knows they are true, he just cannot face them.

There are so many I have met and so many that remain illusive to commitment to the L-rd, his Word, and the fact that the L-rd takes care of his.  We live in a different world! The times are changing and many around here will find out what we already know. That is, how much they will change and how it will affect them. Unfortunately, many will refuse to seek the L-rd.

My hope for these times is solidly rooted and grounded in our G-d and Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ, the Savior of all mankind! It is grounded in his Word, his covenant, his faithfulness, and the fact that he is coming again.

‘gusts hurl themselves as prophecy unfolds, yet for the unwilling and unprepared the storm will rage and become unbearable’

Today the grey and cloudy skies overshadow the afternoon. It summons that which is coming and lets you know there is a change. The signs of the weather, the sky, and in the earth, can we read it? If we do, then can we understand it? I know many who can read the signs of weather and yet not understand the signs of the times that herald the end of days.

The afternoon is quiet except for the gusts of wind. This becomes a small tempest and the trees shake as the invisible power of the wind shows itself. We cannot see the wind, yet we can see its strength displayed. At this time, it is indeed revealing itself as the great trees that surround this place move in the wind.  Branches break off and fall to the ground. Loose paper, plastic, leaves, branches, and anything else not rooted are blown hither and yon. Yet as I survey it, I wonder can people understand the signs? As I ask it, I know the answer. Some will, through the revelation of God by His Spirit. We as believers are told that we are of the ‘light’. There are those that live in the same day and age, yet they are in the ‘night’. These do not see nor understand what lies ahead.

The storm persists outside, with quiet between large gusts. At these times the trees seem to take a moment to rest from their constant swaying to and fro. I too take it easy as I sip a cup of coffee beholding the torrent outside. As I do this, peace is in my heart. By the Lord’s grace, I have found his peace. This is a sure help to me and all those who do find it. I remember when first coming to this area. I knew it was windy here as I lived here many years ago. It is my area, I know it well. Yet being away for some time when I arrived back, the wind hit me.

For months I had trouble with the large gusts. The wind seemed like a restless wave of energy that never quit. As if the battle could not be stopped. It had to fight in order to win its permanent place in the war of wills. After a year, and then in coming days and months, all this ended. A time of calm would come. I learned to read the signs of the wind. I learned it did not always blow, even though, it seemed like it. But in all this, I learned patience amidst the storm.

I take lessons from this. We are living in perilous times. The signs of it are everywhere. Lawlessness, wickedness, wars, rumors of war, earthquakes, violent earth events, and more. Even here in America it is affecting the nation. This will continue to do so. We watch and wait as scripture tells us. In all this we find a nation as the one we live oblivious to what we know is coming. Like a giant sleeping amidst the turmoil of a cataclysmic event, so too is America. There seems to be so many that are in denial of current events.

I live one foot from disaster and one prophecy from the second coming of our Lord. Daily I believe this could be the day, yet I know more has to occur till that event.  I then look to these events and see that if they occur, much suffering will happen in the world and in this nation. Also it will come to this town, neighborhood, and affect those around me. In this the promise of scripture and the faithfulness of our God is paramount. But do we really comprehend the paramount importance of it all. That is the shaking of the nations, the fulfillment of prophecy, and the snare that is coming upon all the earth, as Jesus says in Luke 21.

If it comes and it will, life will become unreal. People will seem like they are in a dream. For all they have known will be wiped from the slate of what they know. It will be a new time, a different day. Entire populations will be affected for eternity. Yet as I write this, the wind continues as if saying “here I am, feel my strength, I will not die.” I look out and see a small brush blowing vigorously in the breeze. Small, yet it has its roots down in the ground, no worry for it, the foundation upon which it is rooted will hold it amidst this tempest on this day.

I ask the same thing of people I meet.  Sooner or later we talk about the days in which we live and what is happening. Many I meet don’t like what is happening and most of these are not prepared either physically to withstand a major life shaking event or spiritually to meet the Lord.  It is in this that we try to persuade people to be ready. To seek the Lord, to fast, pray and with all their might seek the One True God and Jesus Christ his son. It is in Him, our God that we must be found, rooted and grounded in Him. Sheltered in His grace, mercy, promises, and walking in his ways. Keeping our faith alive in Him through the Spirit of God and His Word, we can walk amidst the storm and stand.

Sadly many today that think they are ready and grounded for what is coming are not. They are misguided into thinking that either they will not be here or that somehow they will make it. The trouble is, spiritually they are anemic, lacking the Iron of the Word of God and the Power of the Spirit of God. I know of these that simply do not believe in all this end time prophecy stuff. They go to churches who have doctrinally cleaned it all from the shelves of their pulpits. How many of these churches and how many others have done something similar?  Today we are at the crossroads of getting ready to stand or being unable to withstand what is coming. The Lord said, “I will shake all things”. That he is doing and will continue to do. The question arises again as the wind whips up outside, “how many are really prepared?” The storm is here and growing in strength daily. The Lord told us pointedly to take heed to yourselves. We are not to be overcharged with the things of this life. Those things we get so caught up in. We are to watch and pray always, for the Lord says of this time, “as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth.”

Luke 21:34  And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares.
35  For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth.
36  Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.

As the wind quiets down, you think it is almost over. Then suddenly a huge gust whips the landscape. It is at that time you know for certain, it is not over. It is as if you can hear the wind speaking in the tree’s, “take heed, watch, for I will come upon you suddenly.” For sure, this is true. A generation that is sleeping will find itself awakened suddenly by that which is coming. This I know for certain, If we watch, fast, and pray always, our God will be a refuge. I know that he will provide, even if we at times cannot provide for ourselves. I know that even amidst trouble, turmoil, and possibly even death, our victory is certain in the ‘blood of the covenant’, through Jesus Christ our Lord, the Son of God.

Revelation 12:11  And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.
