Editor: This is a speech from a Chinese Military Vice admiral. There has been such talk from Chinese military leaders before that we have covered and was in the news. The last time it was over Taiwan, now in this 05 speech we find more rhetoric from the ‘sleeping dragon’ who seemed to have awakened! Only time will tell whether the speech of such military leaders will come to pass as actual Chinese actions!

The following is the actual text of a speech delivered in December, 2005 by Comrade
Chi Haotian –the Vice-Chairman of China’s Military Commision to top officers and generals.

Keep in mind that China has for many years advocated deceiptful and covert warfare against its enemies. This is their Modus Operandi. There should be little question that a “Bird Flu” Pandemic would deeply excite them. (Don’t forget how they have poisoned thousands of American pets and knowingly5placed lead paints on toddler’s toys.)
